It’s Not Goodbye for Luke…

Posted on by teletrix

Luke Yount came to us this summer right out of Plum High School and has been an exciting addition to Teletrix.  Good thing though: it’s not goodbye for Luke.  As he proceeds to further his education at the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering, with an eventual focus on his Nuclear Engineering Certification he has agreed to continue his CAD and design work with Teletrix on a part-time basis, a real win-win for us all.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Luke’s high school career was varied and heavy in robotics.  As a member of the Plum High School Robotics program and the Gateway High School Robotics program he was involved in award winning competitions and a Pennsylvania State Championship as well.

His skills at 3D CAD and the Solidworks platform has elevated Teletrix production and R&D processes allowing designs to be fully implemented in the virtual world to nuke out potential problems, issues and consider alternate solutions .

We wish Luke the best and wish him a storied career and look forward to seeing great things from him in the future.
